1. We both don't like to waste our precious time, so before asking make sure you read the included Documentation, read the FAQs or search through tickets.
2. If not necessary, don't post in tickets not opened by you, but feel free to open a new one.
3. Acknowledge that we do not provide support for altered versions of our themes.
4. Understand that third part plugins can sometimes lead to issues. Make sure to disable your plugins to know which one is causing an eventual issue. We do not offer direct support for third part plugins.
5. Remember that we do not provide support on customisations, but offer complete, free support for issues related to the theme's functioning. If you are looking for someone who can help you to customise your website, please take a look at Envato Studio.
6. Post as much details as you can: link to your website, theme version and screenshots may help to solve the issue faster! If you don't provide any, I will probably ask for them and, if you don't want to lose your time .... ;)
