My instagram feed isn't working again. Back in July we did the updates you advised (uploaded the new theme/generated the new token etc) but the problem has come back. Please can you advise?
If the Instagram feed stopped working again, that might be due to expired access token. In that case, please try generating a new access token and see if it works.
After re-generating the access token, you need to update the theme and the Instagram plugin to avoid experiencing the "expired token" issue again. So, re-download the theme from ThemeForest, ensure to install the latest theme version (v1.4.10 or more). The new theme version should require you to update the Hemma Instagram Feed plugin to v1.1.0. Update the plugin.
I've just re-generated an access token and saved this in settings but that doesn't change anything.
I am already using the latest theme version (v1.4.10) and the new Hemma Instagram Feed plugin v1.1.0 - so do I need to re-download and install them again?
You're right we have been releasing a new theme version (1.4.11) and a new Hemma plugin version (1.2.0). They should be available for download on ThemeForest in a couple of hours.
All you need to do is updating both the theme and the plugin, go to Settings -> Hemma Instagram Feed, and click on "Save Changes".
I just downloaded and tried to install the new theme version (1.4.11) and i'm getting a fatal error message...argh!
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_body_open() in /var/sites/c/carcassonnetownhouse.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/hemma/header.php on line 24
Can you suggest what I might have done wrong? Thank you!
Hi Pasquale ... I have tried to update the theme / Instagram plugin to version 1.4.11 (using the Envato update plugin). The theme is updated successfully, but the Instagram plugin do not update to 1.2 even though it says it has completed successfully (see the attached screenshots). What am I doing wrong?
