But i got a small compatibility problem, you said it was working on Internet Explorer 10/11 but at the moment, it doesn't work, there is a white page which do not load at all
(Guess it's a problem of loader but don't have the clue)
Sorry to recall you, but i have downloaded the last version on theme forest via the wordpress plugin but it doesn't change anything, the site don't work on ie...
Let's go step by step: can you please let me know if our demo correctly works of IE 10/11? It should, but in case your WP installation doesn't you may be experiencing some other issue that hasn't to do with the theme.
Would you mind to provide the URL of your site so that I can check it out?
As our demo works fine on IE, you may be experiencing an issue related to any other plugin you've installed. Try to deactivate all plugins (not the ones that come with the theme) to find out the guilty.
P.S. I've checked out your URL and the page doesn't load even on Chrome. There are some console errors that don't have to do with the theme but - probably -with a cache plugin you're using, please look at the screenshot.

IE issues has been fixed on v1.0.4. Please download it again from ThemeForest.
