    Hey there

    I am trying to set up the blog section on my website so that it matches the one in the life demo, a few lines in summary before a link with (more...) takes you to the posting.  As it is now, it shows the whole length of the blog in the sections.  I followed the directions as seen here;

    "In order to use this section to show your Latest articles, choose Use section as Stream and select Latest articles from Fill this section with:"

    as well as here;

    "To change the number of portfolio items / articles to display on home page sections, navigate to Appearance - Theme Options - General Settings and set your custom values in Home Page Listing."

    and the same here;

    "In this section we will show you how to create a Blog Page like the one shown on our demo.

    Navigate to Pages – Add New. Choose a title and save. Then, to use that page as Blog page, navigate to Settings – Reading, enable the option A static page under Front page displays and use the page as Posts page.

    If you want to disable the sidebar on the Blog page, navigate to Appearance - Theme Options - General Settings and tick the Hide sidebar on Blog pages."

    Yet, no matter what I do, the full blog posting still shows in the section.  What am I not following and how can I get it to match what is on your demo for the blog section?

    Thanks

    Adam

    That's a WordPress functionality. Here's an article that explains how to add the more tag: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-properly-use-the-more-tag-in-wordpress/
