I am able to reproduce the issue only on IE, and I have to admit that's pretty odd. Please try to disable all active plugins and check if it works, there may be a conflict causing the issue.
I have uninstalled it but the problem remains : when I want to reach the homepage form articles (and from the back office also), it only loads the transition page.
My firefox version is up to date (49.3).
If you think it helps, I can :
• install a copy of the site on my server and send you admin access • or send you a zip (files + database + admin access)

An infinite loop occures when :
• I display articles (http://www.savanah-cafe.com/actualites/) and when I want to display the homepage
• The same strange behavior occures when I update an article, infinite loop too
I believe this issue is related to a recent update (Wordpress 4.6.1), but I'm not sure.

I have just noticed that the issue concerns Firefox and Internet Explorer but all is fine with Chrome.

I'm afraid this is not related to a plugin. I had only one plugin installed : https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/

Sorry, I have just noticed that the issue is related to the "Actualités" (lastest news) section displayed on the homepage (please see pdf :http://www.savanah-cafe.com/Savanah-cafe_homepage-section-lastest-news.pdf ).
When I desactivate this section, the homepage is loaded fine.
