The file you are trying to upload is not the theme but the package. Uncompress that file and locate the theme file inside the folder. You should upload the hemma.zip file.
Yes Tsusaba, because you purchased Retro theme, not Hemma theme. I answered to Victoria's ticket who purchased Hemma. In your case you have to upload Retro-4.zip.

Thank you for your reply. I uncompressed the file and I went into the theme files folder but there's no hemma.zip
The zip file that I see is Retro-4.zip
