Installing WordPress and installing a WordPress theme are two different thing. To install a WordPress theme you first need to install WordPress: you can install WordPress both via FTP or via the built-in GoDaddy installer. Once you have WordPress installed, you can upload the theme (for that, please read the documentation inside the package that you have downloaded for Themeforest).
