i see that version 4 is responsive, but unfortunately this isn't the case for me, can you please have a look for me ? is there anything you can see (i have used a menu component which is responsive, i tested it by removing it from the homepage) also i have hardcoded an image into part-slider.php but that doesn't seem to be the issue either.
In the inspector I can see some extra CSS rules that does not come with the theme by default. There's a CSS file (http://dizzylizzys.co.nz?sccss=1&ver=4.1.1) preventing the layout to be displayed as it should.
