Hi. I just purchased the Retro Portfolio site theme for WordPress, and I've been poking around for hours trying to find out how to use the fonts for the site as I want to. I'm not an experienced web developer, but I'm not a beginner coding either, and I can't find anything showing how I can utilize the Bazar Medium font, the banner font, and the font shown on the Hello World page of the posts.
I have a few questions: Should I be seeing font customization options for different headers on the site? If not, custom css and uploading the font files hasn't been working for overriding the header class' font family. Could you help with that?
Also, are the banner and hello world fonts actual fonts that are included in this template, or are they just images that are included?
I've gone ahead and approved your refund. Just a friendly note - we're always here to help troubleshoot any issues you're having. Waiting for an answer from support before requesting a refund usually gives us a chance to fix things for you.
Normally I would have waited for support to resolve my issue, but in this case, shortly after requesting help, I attempted to deactivate the template, which crashed my WordPress instance and dropped tables with the data I'd been working on.
