Thank you! Can I ask about the message on that page that says "On March 2nd 2020 Instagram will action proposed changes to its API." Will this affect the Instagram plugin in the Hemma Theme?
The access token I previously tried (which didn't work) was the only I got through the Facebook Developers site. I created a new 'app' and linked it to my Instagram by adding my Instagram as a test user. I thought this is now the correct way of doing things. Do you know why this didn't work?

Can you please ensure that the former plugin version is inactive? The Hemma Instagram Api plugin only must be active.

Yes I made sure to disable the old Instagram plugin but I still get this issue

The access token you are using is wrong. I've tested your site with mine and it works correctly. Generate a new access token via: https://www.weareunderground.com/pages/instagram
