I just tried to install the Theme Retro Portfolio 4.
Following your tutorial, I created a new page to be the "Homepage", and set it to use the "Homepage Template". The next step of your instructions reads "After publishing the page, a new section named Homepage will appear under the default Comments."
However, this does not happen. The "Homepage" menu item does not appear in the admin menu. I made sure that the page is indeed using the homepage template and is set to be used as homepage (in Settings), but the new menu item just does not become visible.
To create the onepage homepage as in your demo, I need this menu item to build the sections. So how can I activate the "Homepage" admin menu item? Happy to give login details in PM.
Thank you for the fast help. Can you please also tell me why the header (logo) in my installation is aligned left, whereas in your demo it is centered?
Update: Never mind, I figured it out myself. Once the main navigation menu is set, the logo moves to the center.
