Si può fare, è necessario attivare il tema child e creare una funzione filtro per cambiare lo slug del post type. Guarda questa repo che avevo create per cambiare "Rooms" in "Villas": https://github.com/pasqualevitiello/Hemma-Change-Custom-Post-Types-names Ovviamente tu cambierai "Villas" con "Stanze"
