When I go to load the .xml demo content, the first one loads, but the second one just spins and spins and then goes to error. Is there another way to load the demo content? The site currently looks nothing like it does on the page where I purchased it. I asked in the comments 2 weeks ago, with no reply.
I dont want to leave a poor review, but Im not particularly pleased with this product so far.
Errors on import may be due to server timeouts or to inactive plugins (make sure to install and activate all required plugins before importing). In any case, I'd recommend that you try importing the demo content as showed in the video below.
If you're still having troubles please leave your credentials (ensure to enable the private option below) so I can have a look.

Yes, that's a server-related issue. You could try increasing the max_execution_time in php.ini as recommended in this article: https://wpsitex.com/fix-time-out-error-while-importing-xml-backup-file-to-wordpress/
