CMB2 is activated, I disable it, the choice block builder disappears, I reactivate it I have the block builder bar, but no possibility of action and none of my block is visible, on the page display everything is normal
First of all, please make sure that you're running PHP 7.1 (it seems that CMB2 doesn't work properly with PHP 7.2 yet).
If it's not a PHP version issue, try disabling all plugins (except the ones recommended by Hemma). If the problem persists, it's not a plugin issue. In that case we should need to have a look at the code. f the problem is solved, turn your plugins on one by one until the problem pops up again – there's the culprit!

Can you please provide your WP credentials? Make sure to enable the "private" option when answering the ticket.

I deleted cmb2, reinstalled, and also another plugin. it's OK,
