It would be extremely helpful if you could create a module with the following characteristics:

- like the News view on the homepage, but for manually inputed content and buttons or links like in the modules above it, rather than automatically pulled from the latest posts or from Instagram. Or automatically pulled from the different Post Types available... 

In my case, I want my visitors to see the available categories all together and not in the huge blocks. Or additionally in huge blocks with a different text on it. And additionally it would be good if these small blocks could be scrolled from right to left to display more (rather than going vertically to the bottom like the images (it would offer a little more playground of options).

It would also be useful if the modules could be reordered up and down in the backend. Nowadays drag and drop is not too much to ask from premium themes.

Thanks. I was actually wondering if you could post here a solution to do it manually. I suppose it only includes adding some code lines in 2-3 files and duplicate part of the code for the existing layout class?

I found someone to do it, but it is still tricky to add a second title, second image and second button to the admin area and assign it to a module.

I appreciate some help.
