Maybe the server was down. Please try again or, in case the download fails again, you can install them manually. Inside the package you've downloaded from ThemeForest there's a folder called Bundled Plugins. There you'll find the 3 custom plugins that comes with Hemma theme.
I got errors installing some plugins:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to plugins.opendept.net port 80: Connection refused.
