    HI there,

I really like the theme, but I have found that especially older visitors to my site do not realise the  menu option in the top left ( or right ) and also don't realise you can scroll down.

    1) Is it possible to have at the bottom of the screen an indicator to show that there is more contents

    2) Is there a way to add a horizontal footer menu that shows the same option as the "burger" menu shows ?

    Hi,

    1) You can reduce the hero height (there's a hero "half height" option inside the page hero is in).

    2) No, but you can add a menu in the footer with widgets. Btw if you don't want the hamburger button opening the full page menu, you can use an inline menu as here: http://themes.opendept.net/hemma-modern/ (Appearance - Customize - Header Settings - Header Layout).

    Hi Pasquale,

yes I could use the half hight, which  I do on some pages, but for the main entry page, the full page is far better. I know I can change ics, html, php ... to make it happen, however, if your theme would offer that as build in feature, that would be great. e.g. a checkbox to , if checked, chow a down arrow at the bottom of the visible area

As for the Menu, I do like the burger, but thanks for the hint, i will look at the hemmer-modern.

    Cheers

    Hi again Thorsten,

Yes, you can definitely edit the PHP and CSS files and tweak the theme but it requires a considerable number of file modifications and we are unable to provide support on theme customisations, I am sorry. You may want to have look at Envato Studio for theme tweaks and customisations: https://studio.envato.com/

    Hi there,

There's a new version available for the download on ThemeForest (v1.2.3). We have included many minor fixes and improvements (you can check out them all in the file changes.txt that you can find in the theme folder). Also, now Hemma is fully compatible with WPML plugin and there's a new Language Switcher settings panel in the Customizer (take a look at the documentation inside the new package).

Amongst the other things, you can now add a mouse scroll icons on the hero section to show that there is more content to scroll (see screenshots).

    Cheers
