I wonder if you could help me out with the following issue I am trying to deal with:
I need to have the images of the galleries that I embed in my pages and in my posts open in a lightbox. As I saw, there is an option "Enable Lightbox" inside the Layout Settings of the customisation of the theme. However, ticking this option does not have an effect on the galleries that I have embedded. Note that I have tried changing the settings of the gallery for the link to all of the available options (Attachment Page, Media File, None), but this didn't work either.
Is there something I am forgetting or I am doing wrong?
Unfortunately, the video tutorial did not shed any light on my case.
However I did manage to make it work. Not sure how though. I just played a bit with the options "Enable Lightbox" and "First gallery image width" alternating between the available values and at some point it just started working.
